In the event that you find your KOLEDA product damaged or broken after accepting delivery, for example if the product has been damaged or broken in transit, please contact Support with:
- A description of the damage(s)
- A picture of the damage(s)
- A picture of the outer packaging (eg if there are areas of impact or damage to packaging)
Once our Support Team has received the above, we will process a replacement and file a claim with the respective delivery partner.
*Please note that refusal to send photographs of damage will cause a delay in processing.
